Every order is printed after you place it, then shipped tracked with PostNL. Rates are per parcel.
Cancellations
Everything is printed to order, so cancellation is free within 4 hours of paying. After that the print has usually started — reply to your confirmation mail and we'll see what's possible.
Broken parts
Broke a part in the first year? Send a photo by replying to your order mail and we reprint that part for free.
