Four printers, one pair of hands.
Nije3D started as one printer on a desk and a stubborn idea: a printed thing should look like someone cared. Every order still runs through the same pair of hands — modelled, split into parts, sliced, printed in colour, supports snipped, assembled, packed. No paint anywhere: the colours come from the filament itself, as many as needed for a print and some separate elements with up to 4 colours at once. Nothing is stockpiled in a warehouse; your print starts after you order it.
The machines
Creality Hi, Creality K2, Flashforge Creator 5 and Snapmaker U1 — all running 0,16 mm layers, with the multi-colour jobs going to whichever has the right spools loaded.
Plant-based plastic
PLA is made from corn starch rather than crude oil, and printing to order means nothing is produced that nobody wanted.
